New Website Design for Fleischhauer Rentals

The time where college students solely rely on newspapers searching and telephone inquiries to find housing is almost a distant memory. Fleischhauer Rentals is a leading provider of student housing in their community. They have been in the student housing business for over 30 years. The company’s goal is to provide its tenants with a home away from their home by supplying them with a safe and comfortable place to live while enjoying their learning environment. For this reason, Fleischhauer Rentals is seeking effective ways to attract potential tenants.  Developing a website would allow them to highlight their impressive property portfolio, while also helping students search and find adequate housing.

THE PROCESS

Fleischhauer decided to develop a website to showcase its rental portfolio, and contacted Sciberus for its development. Almost immediately, Sciberus established a project manager for the project who was able to define the project’s scope. Working with the office staff of Fleischhauer Rentals, Sciberus was able to schedule photo shots for each of their 30+ properties, while working to create the content for the website. After the pictures were taken, Sciberus used portions of them to assemble virtual tours, while others were used in flash animations and still shots of designated locations used in emphasizing Fleischhauer’s properties online.

THE RESULT

In the end, a new website with vibrant animations and pictures was developed that included pages to highlight each of their 30+ apartment locations. A detailed explanation of each location was outlined to pictures, floor plans, specifications and price range. Once launched, the site was an immediate success. Students were able to use this site to help schedule onsite visits. The Fleischhauer rentals office staff was able to decrease their printing budget since they no longer had to print color brochures, while using their savings to start a new online advertising campaign with the local student newspaper.

In summary, Fleischhauer’s rentals new website allowed them to showcase their immaculate portfolio. They were able to highlight each of their properties, provide a user friendly way for potential residents to contact them, as well as post updated news and specials as needed.
