Content Management System - base	The Content Management System offers all the base features enabling core content management, profile management, easy implementation of backend design and graphics. The product includes installation & setup, one admin user license, administrative console, automated menu module, and unlimited content pages. Each content page comes with a print view.
Category Management Module	The category management module allows you to create an unlimited number of categories. A category is similar in functionality to a folder in the file management system on your PC. Categories allow site administrators to organize content pages into folders.
Multi-user Management Module	The multi-user module allows you to create unlimited number of site users and administrators. With a fully flexible management system, the website administrators can create and manage an unlimited number of user groups, group permissions, user roles, and custom permissions to each of their users.
News Management Module	The news management module allows you to create news items and share them on your website through a special news page, the homepage, or on the side of pages. In addition to sharing them on the website, the news feature comes with RSS feed(s) to send new news items to subscribed users. This feature helps in bringing back site guests and keep the site looking fresh and easy to navigate to new items. Finally, the news module allows you to create news items for different sections of the site or for independent subsites, all from one location. Each subsite or section can have its own RSS feed.
Automated Sitemap Module	The automated sitemap module creates automatic sitemap for each and every page using the system. Upon each update, the sitemap(s) are automatically updated on the site.
Announcement Management Module	Share announcements with all your site users. You can add, edit, and delete announcements that can be automatically displayed in the inbox of each and every user in the system. This is a great feature to communicate system shutdowns, scheduled maintenance, etc....
Content Versioning Module	The content versioning module is a very powerful system that allows you to create different versions of the same content page. The versioning module offers you the flexibility to maintain an online version of a page while you are updating it. The administrators are able to jump from one version to another and choose the version they like to display at anytime they like. This feature is a great feature for dynamic websites that area changing very regularly but yet very essential for any website.
Help Management Module	Every CMS comes with free help with "show me" animations. Our instructional designers create effective training modules on each and every feature you add to yourSciberus product and integrate it into one help system. The help system is free with any base product. With the support package, your help system will be tied directly to our customer support allowing your users to ask questions and receive support live online and on the phone.
Snippet Management Module	Do you have the same information displayed on muliple pages? Do you like to have certain design elements available for your users? The snippet management module allows you to create HTML templates that can be inserted on any page in the system. For example, your contact information can be a snippet that different users can insert on different pages. The users would have the option to insert and modify or insert and keep it attached to the main snippet. When the main snippet is modified, all instances are updated automatically unless they have been detached. This is a great feature to easily maintain constantly changing information and for offering users the ability to create sophisticated pages with a click of a button.
Checkout Management Module	The checkout module allows users to checkout content pages when working on them to avoid the risk of losing their changes if someone else is working on the same page at the same time.
Multi-Site Package	Do you have multiple sites? Increase your ROI and utilize the same interface to manage all your sites. One training, one system to support, and one system to maintain.
Additional Site Setup	This includes supporting the setup and integration of additional templates to your Sciberus managed site but does not include the graphic design.
Templates Management Module	Along with the multi-site module, the template module allows you to control what categories and pages use what design template in the system. In addition, this feature allows you to add unlimited number of templates that can be used in you Sciberus managed site.
Footer Management Module	The footer management module allows you to add footer links for each and every template. Customize your footer links as you like and when you like it, all online.
Form Generation Module	The form generation tool adds the the ability to add and integrate forms on your website(s) or to be used online and shared via email. New forms can either be created from scratch or by copying existing ones. You can manage and modify your copied form as required. A form can contain an unlimited number of questions. New items can be added to a form either by creating them from scratch or by copying an existing item. The item can then be modified as desired. Also, you are enabled to add controls such as, checkboxes, dopdownlists, option buttons, textboxes, listboxes, and labels. Additionally, this tool provides you with options such as, specifying the number of answers/responses per question, answer alignment, and others. The form generation tool allows users to receive form's responses via email and/or save in the database for later retrieval. The results can be downloaded to Excel or other statistical software for further analysis.
Podcasting Module	The podcasting module allow you to share your audio files through creating podcasting feeds that can be linked and shared with PCs and MP3 players.
Audio Management Module	The audio module allows site administrators to upload audio files that will automatically be shared and progressively streamed online through your customized audio player.
Video Management Module	The video module allows site administrators to upload video files that will automatically be shared and progressively streamed online through your customized video player.
Resource Library Management Module	The resource library allows you to add resources including documents and other files to share online with the site users. Organize your resources in categories similarly to the content categories. A resource search will be added to the site to ease the navigation and to search within common file types like Microsoft Word or Acrobat PDF.
Newsletter Management Module	The newsletter management system allows you to create electronic newsletters to all the website subscribers. Keep your visitors connected and create electronic newletters that get archived online and/or sent to subscribers. This module includes subscriber list management, opt out feature and custom user regsitration.
Calendar Management Module	The calendar management module allows site administrators and/or users to add events and share them through a shared calendar. Each event will automatically have a print view and the viewer will be able to download and automatically insert in most of personal calendar software like Microsoft Outlook. In addition, this module allows you to create recurring events and other sophisticated features.
Photo Gallery Management Module	Upload, organize, and share your photos online. The Photo Gallery module allows you to upload unlimited amount of photos, organize them in folders and albums, and automatically play them on the website with automated rendering and transitions.
Employee Directory Module	The employee directory module is an easy way to dynamically share contact information, bios, and other important information on each and every employee. Each employee will be able to modify their own profile and their information will be displayed in the employee directory along with their own profile page. Site guests will be able to search for employees and contact them directly from the site. The administrator can export all employee information in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word formats to use for other purposes.
Blogs Management Module	Integrate blogs on your site or allow different site users to create their own blogs and share with the world directly through the site or independently through a direct link. Integrated with the Content Management System, the blogging module offers an easy to use and a very popular means of communication.
Reporting Package	Get the latest reports on site and page visits, site updates, subscribers, etc. Each of the reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word with one click.
Notifications Module	Allow content administrators to receive notifications of page/category updates via their email account and through the administrative console. In cases where content pages need approval before going live, this feature is a necessity

Rich Text Editor (RTE)	Allows users to author and manage HTML content as easily as writing a document. In its familiar Word®-like interface users can easily format text, set hyperlinks, build tables and insert images, Flash, documents, and others.
Tree Display	Enables the users to view all the system structure and quickly navigate among its sections
Spell Checker	Automatically checks the content from the beginning of the document, identifies any misspelled words and suggests other words where the user can change the word with one of the suggestions.
