| Content Management System - base | The Content Management System offers all the base features enabling core content management, profile management, easy implementation of backend design and graphics. The product includes installation & setup, one admin user license, administrative console, automated menu module, and unlimited content pages. Each content page comes with a print view. |
| Category Management Module | The category management module allows you to create an unlimited number of categories. A category is similar in functionality to a folder in the file management system on your PC. Categories allow site administrators to organize content pages into folders. |
| Multi-user Management Module | The multi-user module allows you to create unlimited number of site users and administrators. With a fully flexible management system, the website administrators can create and manage an unlimited number of user groups, group permissions, user roles, and custom permissions to each of their users. |
| News Management Module | The news management module allows you to create news items and share them on your website through a special news page, the homepage, or on the side of pages. In addition to sharing them on the website, the news feature comes with RSS feed(s) to send new news items to subscribed users. This feature helps in bringing back site guests and keep the site looking fresh and easy to navigate to new items. The help system is free with any base product. | Snippet Management Module | Do you have the same information displayed on muliple pages? Do you like to have certain design elements available for your users? The snippet management module allows you to create HTML templates that can be inserted on any page in the system. For example, your contact information can be a snippet that different users can insert on different pages. The users would have the option to insert and modify or insert and keep it attached to the main snippet. When the main snippet is modified, all instances are updated automatically unless they have been detached. This is a great feature to easily maintain constantly changing information and for offering users the ability to create sophisticated pages with a click of a button. |

| Form Generation Module | The form generation tool adds the the ability to add and integrate forms on your website(s) or to be used online and shared via email. New forms can either be created from scratch or by copying existing ones. You can manage and modify your copied form as required. A form can contain an unlimited number of questions. New items can be added to a form either by creating them from scratch or by copying an existing item. The item can then be modified as desired. Also, you are enabled to add controls such as, checkboxes, dopdownlists, option buttons, textboxes, listboxes, and labels. Additionally, this tool provides you with options such as, specifying the number of answers/responses per question, answer alignment, and others. The form generation tool allows users to receive form's responses via email and/or save in the database for later retrieval. The results can be downloaded to Excel or other statistical software for further analysis. |
