Content Editor

Rich Text Editor (RTE)	Allows users to author and manage HTML content as easily as writing a document. In its familiar Word®-like interface users can easily format text, set hyperlinks, build tables and insert images, Flash, documents, and others.
Tree Display	Enables the users to view all the system structure and quickly navigate among its sections
Spell Checker	Automatically checks the content from the beginning of the document, identifies any misspelled words and suggests other words where the user can change the word with one of the suggestions.
Preview content	Allows users to view the content in preview mode.
Content Editing	Allows users to edit/update content and save changes.
Content Copying	Allows users to copy the content rather than writing it again.
Ordering	Enables users to order content and modules as desired.

Page	Allows users to create and update content/pages and assign them to modules. .

Course	Allows users to add/ update a course and assign modules and pages to it.
Course Archive	Enables users to create archive/library for courses.

Site Administration
Custom Permissions	Allows administrators to set permissions and limit what users/groups can see and do.
Roles	Allows administrators to select permission, manage and assign users roles.
Groups	Allows administrators to add and manage groups.
Users	Allows administrators to modify user's permissions and assign him to a group.
Templates
Template	Allows users to select a template for a course.
Master Pages	Allows users to create a consistent layout for the pages that defines the look and feel and standard behavior that the user wants for the pages (or a group of pages) in the application.
Personalization
User Registration	Allows visitors to register through the website. Requested user information and registration form are fully customizable.
User Log-in	Allows users to log in, edit their profile and retrieve lost passwords or change password question and answer.
Page visits/Visitor tracking system	Shows statistics of users' visits for a content.
Self-Course Enrollment	Allows users to self-enroll by checking the enrolled check box on the course catalog.
Certificates	Certificates are generated when users successfully complete a course. The user can view and print his certificates.
Launch Course	Allows users to launch/begin a current course or retake a completed course.
Saved Location	Allow users to save locations/pages when they are taking the course. This allows them to open or launch the last saved location in the course when needed.
Other Functionalities
Direct Mailer	Allows users to send out one email concerning a newsletter with content geared for specific user groups.
News	Allows users to view hot news on the home page.
Newsletter Subscription	Allows users to sign up for newsletters.
Newsletter Management	Allows users to preview, edit, or send a newsletter to the subscribers.
Announcement Management	Allows users to edit an announcement. Announcements are displayed when the user first logs in.
